Native Apple & Android apps
InvestigatingWe are looking at dedicated CritiCall Ops apps for iPhone and Android so field teams can install from the App Store and Google Play. Areas under investigation include:
- Install and sign-on that feel like a normal phone app
- Clearer job alerts when a new allocation arrives
- Stronger behaviour when mobile signal is poor (status and messages still get through when coverage returns)
- Keeping the same operational picture as the browser MDT and the CAD desk (one queue, one set of references)
Today’s installable MDT in the browser stays available. Native apps are not promised with a date on this page.
Planned downtime
Scheduled maintenance windows and expected impact on CAD, MDT, or related services.
Overnight platform updates
Scheduled12–13 Jul 2026 and 13–14 Jul 2026, approximately 23:00–01:00 UK.
Full updates may be applied during these windows. Expect short periods where CAD or MDT is unavailable or briefly reconnects. Daytime work today and tomorrow may also cause minor interruptions.
