Pay per operational day — festivals, venues, match days, and seasonal cover. Full CAD and MDT stack each date. Purchased event credits remain valid for 12 months from the date credited; each credit covers one 24-hour dispatch period when used. New tenants: onboarding £99 on the first invoice only.

Under £2 a day for a full-time desk — shopping centres, transport control rooms, patrol HQ. Optional Centre Management for mall patrols, bans, maintenance, alarms, and visitor passes. £99 onboarding on first invoice, then £49/month. Your radios stay; we handle the software.

Charity & voluntary

Heavily discounted

Same features as commercial tiers — not a stripped “charity edition”. Registered charity control rooms from under £1 a day (£29/month). We still carry hosting costs, so pilots are very cheap, not free. Proof of status required.

  • Community / volunteer — onboarding £29, £5/event date, or site from £19/month
  • Registered charity ops (festival medical charities, etc.) — onboarding £49, £8/event date, or site from £29/month

Event pricing is per date — no minimum pack. Purchased event credits are valid for 12 months from the date credited.   • 14-day money-back on your first payment if CritiCall Ops isn't right for you — unused portion refunded; used event dates are not. Details in the Terms.
  • Introductory rates for new customers — may adjust as the platform matures. We'll tell you first.
  • Radio hardware, handsets, and airtime not included — we integrate with what you've got, not supply a new estate.
  • Your connectivity costs — low-signal resilience included at every tier.
  • Control-room PCs, tablets, and wallboards not supplied — any modern browser works. Bring your own kit.
  • Billing and card payments in CAD: Settings → Billing (Stripe) after sign-in at respond.criticallops.co.uk. Account help: Settings → Support.
  • Website build & hosting — available to CritiCall Ops customers only. We design, build, and host marketing sites for your business. Priced separately; ask via contact.
  • Use of the platform is subject to our Terms and Conditions (business customers, UK).
